Beautiful Kitty for Adoption in Rowlett, Texas For Sale

We call him Charlie. He is an adorable male kitty, about a year and a half old. He is a stray cat that wandered into a friend's yard. I offered to take him and find a home for him before she took him to animal control. I have been unsuccessful in finding his original owners. He is very loving and cuddly. Will make a great lap cat. He is very friendly and loves people, kids, other cats and dogs. He even gets along great with our guinea pigs. He is neutered and up to date on his rabies shots and vaccinations. I am asking for a $40 rehoming fee to partially cover the cost of his surgeries and shots as I am paying for them out of my own pocket. Also, I'd like to ensure that he makes it into a great home. I have neuter and rabies records/certificates that I can provide for registration with the city. More pictures available upon request.
